    Kid, don't worry about your weight. Just try to be healthy. Go pick up a sport like soccer or basketball or anything else that you might enjoy. If you do that you won't have anything to worry about.

    eat healthier and less and workout, but you will lose fat to commence with then you will beginning to gain weight because you will have more mussle, but you will look good

    eat healthy, no rapid food, and don't eat until you're full, eat until you aren't hungry. since you aren't eating almighty meals, snack during the day (nutritional foods). watch your sugar intake, juice isn't as wonderful as you think.



    all in all, its easier said then done but so simple none the less...eat healthy, don't stuff yourself, drink lots of water, and exercise.



    as far as exercise, kids like to play x box and all that, obtain out of the house, go for a walk everyday, a half hour does all the wonders.



    go for it and bear in mind you aren't doing it to look good, your health is also at stake. so go for your goals and the best of luck for you!

    You are 13, you shouldn't even be thinking of the word DIET! If you're really worried the first thing I would say is DON'T GO THE 'FAD DIET' ROUTE. Any kind of fad diet would be unsuccessful unless you scheme on sticking to this diet forever. As soon as you go back to consuming normally, the weight you have lost will come back again. Exercise is the success behind the bulk weight loss stories. Get off the PlayStation and obtain yourself out with your friends. Try to make yourself more active outdoors and weight will fall off. Try to eat healthily where you could but do not go too mad. You are only young and some of your weight would be due to 'puppy fat' that will naturally fall off as you obtain older. Hope this doesn't sound patronizing (it isn't meant that way). Good luck!
