Yes. Go obtain some fingernail polish remover that has acetone as the active ingredient. Get a soft cotton baby diaper and soak some remover into a minute part of the diaper and rub the soaked area gently across the pen mark. It should eradicate the mark. Don't rub too difficult nor for a prolonged period of time or you can damage the surface of the spectacles. But as long as you do it gently the mark should come off just fine.
