Many people feel depressed over skin problems.
Try using Aveeno's Daily Cleansing Facial Pads... and use soap with Tea Tree Oil in it (Trader Joes brand if you have that store near you)...in combination they work great!! All the best!! =o)) |

There is a cure. Acne is caused by the staph bacteria coming to fight off the dirt and oil clogging your pores. If you have a case that is bad go observe your doc about antibiotic therapy to obtain the staph bacteria under control.

Of course. Acne bothers a lot people that have it. But there is aid out there for really bad acne. Try to obtain into observe a Dermatologist and they will tell you exactly what to use that is best for your acne and if it's bad enough, the Dr. might put you on antibiotics for a while. I saw a Dermatologist for lots of things. They know best how to aid each individual. Good luck!

There are many of dissimilar causes of acne. Clogged dirt within skin pores, bacteria, as well as a lot others. Try over the counter items first and observe if they help. If not, confer a dermatologist and they can prescribe either antibiotics or a sturdier skin cream. Also, there is a very powerful prescription medication called Isotretinoin (Accutane, Sotret) that helps clear up acne.
Most importantly don't give up. Countless people have troubles with acne and trying these suggestions may help. Good luck! |

Yeah, and you know what, I feel many of zit troubles even for people who don't have acne, but have bad breakouts that last for days, I think they are caused by stress. It seems like every time I stress out or worry about something, I obtain zits on my face. And that is depressing. And the depression doesn't aid either.

Yes, I have felt that way. Sometimes I still do. But I've been trying my best to take care of my condition.
I have been suffering with acne since I was a kid. Here are a few things that seem to work for me: - Take flaxseed oil capsules (1000 mg), one in the morning, and one at night, preferably after a meal. Take a multi-vitamin once everyday as well. After about a month or so, my skin started glowing, and people could observe the change. - Avoid consuming foods like bread and rice (http://www.reuters.com/article/healthnew... - If you don't want to use face washes with harsh chemicals, visit the Origins store and ask for recommendations. They use many of natural ingredients. I use three of their products: Checks & Balances face wash, Balanced Diet lotion, and Night-a-Mins lotion. - Drink green tea regularly, 2-3 cups per day. This helps with the inflammation. I'm certain that you'll observe results in 1-2 months if you follow the above suggestions. I can't guarantee that your face would be completely clear, but I am positive that you will notice a difference. |
