These are the kind of bugs you find in soil, especially the soil of a farm.

Flavobacterium species in normal are found in soil and water. They will express up on vegetables, meat, and poultry. They do not normally infect humans unless their immune systems are compromised. Some of them have gotten into hospitals, especially into equipment that uses water, and caused infections. You perhaps have Flavobaceria on the bottom of your shoes and in your refrigerator right now.

Flavobacterium oryzihabitans is almost unheard of, but it has infected immunocompromised adults rarely.

Chryseobacterium meningosepticum is also known as Flavobacterium meningosepticum. It has been involved in a few outbreaks of meningitis in hospital neonatal intensive care nurseries. Again, only in the immune compromised.

Fusarium oxysporium a/k/a Fusarium oxysporum is a fungus that attacks plants. It doesn't influence humans, except to destroy their crops.

How you kill them depends on where they are. You can kill about any bacteria or fungus on a surface such as a counter with a 1:5 solution of bleach and water. Getting rid of the fungus on your crops is something you would have to ask your local agricultural agent about.

If these bugs are sitting in your front yard, though, that is normal, and there is no need to kill them unless you're a gardener and want to go after the fungus.
