I mean, obviously no talking and rest is the only ideal way, but I was just wondering if theres anything that does a little extra? Perhaps a secret home remedy?

Well, last year I got a strained voice from yelling, on the team i'm on. &when i laugh, no sound would come out, hurts saying long sentences. It may aid to drink honey water, or warm lemon tea.
