Pain in your cheek and teeth could be a sign of an infection in the Maxillary sinuses. It could cause neck pain as well, I obtain neck aches when my sinuses are bad. I would observe a doctor to find out, especially if you need antibiotics. If that's clear, I would observe a dentist to rule out any dental problems.

There may be another underlying problem that is causing both.

I had lots of troubles with neck muscles and sinus/root infections. Turns out these were caused by heavy metal poisoning from old fillings.

Another likelihood is undiagnosed food intolerances or food allergies. These can cause a depletion of B vitamins, minerals, and stress the immune system.
