Also, I am diabetic, type II. For a while, my behavior stopped, but it has come back. I don't know why. I think about food all of the time such as: what to cook, when to eat, etc. Also, part of me knows that I HAVE to eat right for my diabetes. The other part says, "But wouldn't this or that taste good?" Does anybody else have this problem? How do you deal with it?

I feel just how you feel. 2 years ago I was diagnosed Type 2. I ate amazing for 3 months, lost 30 pounds, then it was the Holidays. I have not ate right since. Right now I eat what I want when I want and I know that in the long sprint its killing me, but I do it anyway. I wish I had the "cure" or the will power to stop. But I don't. I have not learned to deal with it. Sorry for not having the answers, but wanted you to know you're not alone. Take Care.
