Sounds like acid reflux disease. Many periods the pain in the esophagus can be just like heart pain. You really need to address this problem. The cells in the esophagus can be damaged ample to cause cancer of the esophagus over time. I think it's very likely considering your stressful life and stomach symptoms. Good health.

It sounds exactly like "Acid Reflux Syndrome" which can be caused by stress or taking meds without food - in your case likely stress is the trigger.

    Visit this link:

and if you're very troubled by it, observe your doctor for some medication to make you more comfortable.

Sounds to me like very high stress levels. I have panic disorder, (think of anxiety disorder on steroids). I personally don't obtain the burn but I never obtain any kind of heartburn either. The rest I can relate to. Sometimes with these illnesses the body dumps all the flight or fight chemicals into our bloodstream for no apparent reason. With nothing to direct action at we freeze up, shake, tense up and panic for no reason.

Because of your age maybe a martial arts class various times a week may help. Not only the physical respite but also the Zen like approach helps. You may need to shop around to find one that promotes the philosophy as much as the combative aspects.

Even though it sounds benign, I would suggest seeing your medical provider for a work-up.

If you have reflux, of any degree, that will be my foremost concern at present. Reflux can precipitate chest pain of varying degrees and symptoms -- even those that can mimic "heart pain." Likewise, using something that will alleviate or inhibit the level of acid production in the stomach may turn out to be the cure.

I would suggest getting some Prilosec OTC -- taking one tablet each day for at least a weeks. It is the the bulk powerful acid reducer on the shelf you could buy without a prescription. They key, however, is to take it EVERY DAY for at least a week. That way, you'll know.

It does sound like your reflux may be causing an esophageal spasm. These the bulk commonly feel like you've just swallowed a monstrous rock of ice, and will make your chest hurt in the center under the breast bone. Eventually, it goes away; sometimes after a couple minutes, or even an hour. It usually comes on right after eating.

There's a good deal of other things to rule-out as well, so don't overlook other possibilities too. Get it checked out just to be safe.

    Hope this helps.

You have an ulcer. Buy some Zantac 150 and take two at a time to commence with, this will aid with the pain. It will also heal the ulcer over time, about two weeks. Made certainly that you eat small, frequent meals, as you need something in your stomach to soak up the acid..

Look, I am a physician and it's impossible to diagnose your condition on the Internet. You need to go to a clinic and obtain medical assistance. Your condition could be minor, but you mention some symptoms that lead me to believe that there could be more going on.

Live is precious. please go seek medical recognition now before things obtain worse.

It's difficult to say what it could be, I'm certainly there are many of possibilities. If you have not tried this, do....Mylanta. Take a few swigs of it. You said you didn't think that you had heart burn, but maybe you have acid reflex (which would explain the chest pain and sour stomach). Stress is a cause of this. Also, not consuming will disturbed your chest in that it causes gases that push things around (sometimes cause a stabbing sensation at the heart). If this doesn't take care of it I would worry that you may have developed an ulcer.

hi.. seems like yo r having a heart burn only. find out when exactly yo obtain that typical "heart pain" i.e. before food or after eating? since yo r having anxiety disorder there would be increased amount of acid release from your stomach causing "heart" pain. dont worry. just meet your doc n obtain an endoscopy done. it will tel yo if u r havng GERD or not..its a painless regimen so dont obtain afraid. do it at d earliest to beginning medications. hope this helps!!!

consulting a doctor and geting an ECG done will rule out any cardiac manifestations and will aid you.

at 20 yrs of age u also may surfing net late night irritating ur sleep, which can contribute to acidity.

do you have constipation or unsatisfying motions?
