It Night shift can be totally fine for the body and mind. It is not prizeful for you if you couldnot adjust to it, and still have the urge to sleep at night. works. I have been using it for three years and am so glad I tried it.

It isn't cheap, but, it isn't too much more expensive than any other skin care method (cleanser, toner, and lotion). You can buy directly from Proactiv... you subscribe and they autoship it to you. You obtain a new shipment every other month, and it's about $40.

I use it twice a day but found that I only go via one shipment every three months. So, for me, this works out to be about $13 a month... not cheap, but not much more than purchasing cleanser at the drugstore.

The other option, which you may want to try for just starting out, is to buy directly from a ProActiv kiosk in a mall. Hopefully a mall near you has one.

Warning: ProActiv will try to sell you all kinds of miscellaneous items (masks, treatments, makeup, etc)... not that these aren't wonderful, but you really only need the three steps = cleanser, toner, and repairing lotion. The rest are just extras. So if you stick to the basics, it's not too costly of a program.

And, it will absolutely help with your acne!

If you're a teen, your skin problem is perhaps caused by fluctuating hormones. There is an herb called Vitex, obtainable at any health food store, that restores hormone balance and clears up the skin as a side effect. It works for both men and women. If you're a girl, it helps with PMS, too. Costs between $7 and $12 a month. Get either a liquid extract or capsules that say Vitex extract, not just powdered berry.
