I went back to my eye doc because I wasn't seeing as wonderful as I should out of my left lens of my new glasses. He said I have incessant dry eye and gave me some drops, (I actually observe better with my glasses off, in my left eye, than I do with them on) do you think he was just being sluggish and didnt want to give me another pair of glasses or do you thing the drops will make me observe better eventually? Im kinda worried about this. I hope Im not going blind or something. Thanks for answering!!

he should have checked the glasses prescription to make certainly you got the correct lens , and he could have retested your vision. It doesnt take long to check .

I would call and ask to have them checked , or go to another optician and explain your problem . Many will test glasses for little or no charge .

Chronic Dry Eye...simply technique of just sending you home If u have dry eye...is your vision fine and them becomes blurred, but after blinking few periods it returns to normal? If not then that's not the cause of your problem.

Best bet, specially if you observe better without your glasses, is that the prescription changed or was not done correctly. Get the glasses read where you bought them so the can check the prescription, if it matches go to where they gave you the prescription to obtain it changed
