Sorry that is all up to your genetics. You can use a height predicator to observe how tall you may become. You could still grow till you're around 21 give or take.

There is no technique to really increase your height dramatically unless it's with natural growth. However, if you lie on a anti-gravity board machine, your spine might stretch/align better and it's possible that when you measure yourself after could be 1/2 inch to an inch taller that you're now.

Also, sit up and stand up proud and tall!

where lifts (shoes) you cant make your self obtain taller, but i once read in a magazine that they did a study and found out that people who obtain alot of calcuim and vitamins and stuff like that are more likley to be taller than thoes who dont obtain a ton of calcuim and vitamins.

It's in your genes and there's not much you could do, is except sit and wait. You can still have a growth spurt. How tall are your parents? If you're taller than either of them now, you may have reached your adult height already. But growing is still possible till almost 21 years of age, though the bulk people are done by about 17 to 18. Now there is human growth hormone, but I wouldn't play around with that on my own. You'd have to confer a medical doctor. Any time you play around with Mother Nature, you stand to disturbed other systems in your body. It's not harmless to tamper too much. Your DNA has already programmed your future adult height. But obtain a medical opinion!
