My friend and I are going on a cruise in November and we are kind of chubby and stalky. We want to wear a binkini and we know that it wont happen by Nov. but we do want to look wonderful in bathing suits and wear binkinis some periods soon! I need some thoughts that could aid us loose wieght and be healthy so we can have our "dream" bodies!

You will perhaps not have your "dream body" by November. However, if you commit to a diet and workout plan you can look great! Drink TONS of water for a healthy glow and to aid with weight loss. Walk every day if possible. Workout 3-5 periods a week. But the bulk of all, love yourself the technique you are! Be proud of yourself.

Try to eat healthy and cut out all the junk food. Eat many of protein. i.e Chicken breast, turkey, egg whites, wheat bread, and fish. Also add many of fruits and veggies into your diet. Try to incorporate three meals into your diet, if not try for six Drink lots of water, and cut out any soda or sugary beverages from your diet. Diet soda is bad also. Tea may be good. smaller meals a day. Aim for at least 1200 calories and do not starve yourself, because you will pay for the undermine later. Exercise for at least an hour a day 4-5 five periods a week. Always give yourself rest days and never over do yourself.

For toning, you could always do situps. crunches, squats, and push ups, but bear in mind that muscle weighs more than fast. So at first you may be gaining weight in numbers, but that is due to muscle.

-Healthy weight loss is around 2-3 pounds a week.

    Good luck!!!
