i personally think if you want to beginning eating healthy just beginning with one thing at a time. for example if you eat a chocolate bar every day start consuming one every other day. if you eat a sugary breakfast then beginning eating a healthy cereal with skim milk or rice milk with fruit and nuts (raw unsalted) do it slowly one thing at a time and feel wonderful about it. before you know it your consuming healthy the bulk of the time!!! once a week treat yourself to yummy foods, have a special day for it.
