    Calm down and do not worry. OCD can be successfully treated. Go observe your doctor and discuss your behavior with him/her. You'll receive the proper treatment to deal with it. It may be therapy, it may include medication.



    Relax. Go to your doc. If you do indeed have OCD, it can be taken care of.
