If she has an issue with her sinuses sometimes that can cause headaches that can be uncomfortable. Also, sometimes the weather because of the barometer rising and reducing can cause a headache. I've had both kinds of headaches before.

I would also advocate that she go to the hospital or call her doctor's after hours line to let them know what's going on to observe what they suggest.

It could be allergies, stress, sleep deprivation, any number of things. She really requirements to go observe a doctor. Chances are, the doctor might order a CAT scan.

First of all let us stop the stress by relaxing, both of you because seeing you troubled her stress may increase.

There may be some tightness or stiffness in her neck together with the headache!

to relax ask her to stop thinking of everything and concentrate only on the breathing. as simple as watching the flow of air go in and out.

Now instead of expanding the chest while inhaling slightly expand the stomach ( to learn this watch the minute baby while sleeping._

keep her spine as straight as possible. either lying on the bed or sitting upright.

Now What i am going to tell you is called channeling energy flows via the body using concentration and placing the fingers in a particular way. this is a ancient science called MUDRAS. Some details are given in my recent blog you may visit it with the link given in my profile :just click my avatar"

fold the middle finger such that the tip touches the base of the thumb gently do not contribute any pressure. now fold the thumb over the folded middle finger, immediate relief would be felt in the neck and as the stomach relaxes.

Kindly believe me this will work .

Possibly a cervico genic headache. Caused by disfunction on the neck verterbrae. Would suggest finding a wonderful chiropractor. All they will do at hospital would be to sprint tests and giver her pain killers but this will not fix the cause.

Meningitis, my sister had it. It is a constant headache that never goes away even with painkillers. If it's accompanied by spinal/back pain, its definitively, meningitis. The only technique to treat is to go to the hospital. It cannot be treated at any doctors office.

Or it could be migraines, which can be caused by several things, especially stress.
