im a computer engineer and i have Night shift can be totally fine for the body and mind. It is not prizeful for you if you couldnot adjust to it, and still have the urge to sleep at night. no time to anything but eat sleep and work. seriously. within my only free time i want to spend it with my family. not working out

Diet. Eat the right things, avoid sweets and soda. Portion control. Maybe ou and your family could take walks together a few periods a week. Every little bit helps.

Believe me just stop eating! you need nothing to loose weight just do not eat much.Eat like a child so stay hungary for a while till you reach your perfect weight,that's all.

Eat well, drink lots of water (helps metabolism) and try to do active things your family. Go hiking, have a pillow fight, whatever, just stay moving.

I worked in telecommunications for years and traveled the globe doing so. I still found time to exercise everyday no matter where on planet earth I was. a high intensity training session only takes 1 hour to complete.
if you can't make the time to exercise than your diet has to be near perfect. which means swallowing only whole foods which are all natural and grown in the soil. nothing that is pre-made or packaged or made from company "X" or company "Y". |

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning obtain up and walk for 45 minutes. You can beginning with less time, but you want to obtain up to 45 minutes, and it must be rapid walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism. 2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to rapid food, obtain salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you obtain into a routine, you will obtain hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also beginning counting your calories. Write them down. You will be amazed as to how much more aware you're of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a amazing program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track.
