    Cut your portion sizes and your calories. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Fill empty milk or juice jugs with water, rice or sand for weights. Get a jump rope or put on a CD or radio and dance to your fave tunes. Run up and down the stairs if you have stairs. Do crunches. If you like to roller skate or bowl do that. Ride a bike if you have one and the weather is nice. Still got a hula hoop??? Use your imagination.

    Do cardio every day. 6-7 periods a week

    Forms of cardio: Running, walking, dancing, swimming, jumprope, biking.

    Strength training: Pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, lunges, squats, calf raises, etc.



    In my viewpoint the best form of exercise is running 30 minutes a day or more. And then do 30 minutes of strength training. Whatever you do be creative and move and burn calories whenever possible. For example-say you're just watching tv do some crunches or pushups or go outside and sprint for even 10 minutes! It all adds up.

    Eat 1200 calories, for example:

    Breakfast- a cup of regular cheerios and a cup of nonfat milk

    Lunch- a fruit salad

    Dinner- Chicken with lots of veggies

    Snack 1- a fruit (apple) or veggies (carrots)

    Snack 2- a fruit (banana) or veggies (celery)Lower your calorie consumption and up your veggie and fruit intake. Also drink lots of water.
