It really hurts and I don't know if I have the wealth to observe a doctor. It is white and has pus. Damn, it hurts! Help please before I go insane!

Go to the drugstore and obtain "glyoxide" or something similar, made to put on canker sores to speed their healing.
If you could tolerate it, dump some salt on it- this hurts like hell at first, but speeds circulation to the area and I think speeds healing. |

Rinse your mouth with salt water (don't swallow!!!)
Do it a few periods a day. It'll clear up in a couple days. |
