I am wonderful at healing, not so wonderful at presenting myself to potential clients. How did you break into an alternative restoring business?

I don't really know but I know a few people who are just fantastic at restoring and word spreads fast..they don't really market themselves..they make their $$ via word of mouth. You can always make yourself a buisness card, put it in entrances of shops..or make your own website.

If you're in the U.S., I think all states call for certification if your restoring is hands on. You can obtain a massage therapist certification in less than a year. This allows you to touch the customers and heal them with whatever your procedure is. If your procedure doesn't call for touch, you might consider contacting a place that offers massage therapy. You would offer an alternative treatment. This will also enable you to see the business end if you're considering opening your own business in the future.
