Well, thinking of sad moments in your life might trigger you to cry. If a cry is all you need, then think of something that made or makes you sad and let yourself experience the sadness and obtain it out of your system. A sad song(s) can also sometimes make a person cry.

However, it sounds like you may need someone to talk to as well. Emotions should be let out naturally in all kinds of ways, not just one technique - i.e. cry or explode - so maybe you need someone to talk to as well about why you feel the technique you do.

Very wonderful question. I have not cried in years. Went to various Mental health Doctors.. I was told I felt powerless and crying is a form of power no one can take from me. No one can make me cry except me and i want to keep that power.

Hope this helps a little.it cost allot of wealth to find this out and i do believe it.

look up a rock group known as Flyleaf. Listen to the songs...'Believe in Dreams', 'Tiny Heart', 'Supernatural', 'Amy Says'...and obtain a pencil and paper...cry it out and write it down....works for me
