well my brother had the same thing but he used Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away Wart Remover & it worked like a charm. You can purchase it from your local pharmacy.

This might sound weird, however cover your callous with black electrical tape. Do not take it off and substitute it until the callous is soft and removable with a foot scrubber. This also works for warts on hands. Good Luck!

You can try this...Soaking and pumice.

You will need a plastic basin (tub). Liquid soap or shampoo, a rough pumice stone, towels. Newspaper or magazine to read while your feet soak. Vaseline petroleum jelly and a clean thick pair of sweat socks.

Do this before bed for best results.

Place a towel on the floor, place about 1 and a half gallons of very hot tap water (as hot as you could tolerate) in the tub with a squirt of liquid hand soap or shampoo, or in a pinch a short squirt of dishwashing liquid will do nicely.

About three tablespoonsful roughly to a gallon of water. Pull up a chair or sit on the edge of your tub, place tub on towel and soak your feet for about 40 minutes or so until all the calloused skin turns bright white or brighter, it's just dead skin. Now you could use a Pumice stone to scrub (basically sand) off the dead skin and callous skin build up. Rinse the stone off in the water now and then. This may take some time, but a wonderful rough pumice stone should help eradicate the callous. Once ample of it has been flattened or removed, use Vaseline petroleum jelly and coat your feet well. Put on a heavy pair of sweat socks and go to sleep. When you obtain up, eradicate the socks.

You should notice a main improvement in how wonderful your feet feel and look.

They have callous remover items at the beauty supply shop. THey are liquid, let it soak on there and then scrub. DO this on a everyday basis for a while until you get common skin back. oR you can go for a pedicure. Try not to let them razor your to much when they are cutting callous off when getting a pedicure because that can be painful as well.

I had this problem and started having regular pedicures. Works on these and makes you feel like you have a new set of feet.
