    i feel ya. i work 1st shift , 11pm til 7 am, and i cant sleep well during the day, i use goody pm. its not really bad i Weigh 203 pounds and i take two powders and can sleep all day if i want but i can still wake up easily. thanks

    U r suffering from insomnia. If you have no mental worries, do some brisk exercises in the evening, avoid coffee, tea before exercise. And count sheep or meditate........that technique your conscious mind is diverted and your subconscious will take over..

    If this is something that started recently think about things you've changed....diet, stress, work hours, medications? Before you hit the drugs try cutting out drinks with caffeine like cokes or coffee a few hours before you go to bed. Try not to put so much stress into falling asleep. If you're tossing and turning for more than 10 or 15 minutes obtain up and try relaxing in your favorite chair. Listen to soft or easy listening music. If none of this works Tylenol PM or similar types of over the counter meds can aid in the short term. Melatonin is suppose to aid as well as a glass of milk. If this continues you may want to observe your doctor.
