http://www.deltadental.com/Public/Product/product.jsp?DView=AboutProductInformation Delta Dental has all sorts of dental insurance available. If you don't find something specifically listed on their site, you could call and ask about discounts for self-employed. When I got my health insurance via Blue Cross, they had obtainable a rate for self-employed which was not listed on their website.

I got a $600 crown on a tooth two weeks ago, Friday I was flossing my teeth and a crown on the other side broke off before breakfast with the tooth attached!!! I also am a home care provider and need dental insurance if this keeps up, I pay out of my pocket and this is becoming expensive!!

contact passport to health and observe what their rates are...

call customer service at 1-866-345-4401 and ask them how to enroll in their program...it's not an insurance, it's a discount program...

AARP has a dental insurance plan.. you didn't state your age, but it's the first thing that popped into my head..

If you're not eligible for AARP, try googling self-employed dental insurance and observe what comes up for your state of residence.

If you go with a alleviated fee plan, you'll have to observe someone that participates with the plan.

    Best of luck!

AmeriPlan has a cheap month-to-month dental (as well as health) scheme for $19.95/month. Discounts all procedures, except orthodontic treatment in progress. You can check their website for providers in your area as well as view the discount/fee schedule. I saved lots of wealth with them when my husband had crowns done. www.ReducedCosts.info
