When I'm sitting at the computer, ( or any other activity that requires sitting ) I find that i have baaad posture. I tend to slump a lot, and it takes me a while to realize I'm even slumping. Then, once i correct my posture by sitting up straight, a few minutes later i find myself slumping again. What can i do to permanently correct my posture, so i stop slumping and don't end up hunch-backed in the future? ( like.. what items correct posture, or do you have any tips on sitting up straight, besides continuously having to remind myself to stop slumping??) The more tips - or product recommendations - the better!!!!!!!! Thanks

By the way: Not using the computer or anything of the sort isn't an option, as lots of my school projects, homework and research involve using the internet.

you are perhaps slouching because your desk chair and your monitor are in the wrong position... I bet you're looking down at your monitor or screen..... if it's at all possible your monitor should be at eye level ...not below it ...if you could lower your chair it would aid alot ,,,hope some of this helps :o)

scoot(sp?) your chair in more to your desk so you can't slup as well. Is your chair too high, maybe thats why you slump... bring it down. maybe put some books and things around you computer so you don't have the oportunity to rest your elbow on the desk and slump. Maybe your sluggish, so obtain at least 8 hours of sleep. :] The only other thing i can think of is to put a sticky note on your computer saying "Don't Slump" haha hope this helps
