    Peppermint tea works so well. Any tea helps, but i find that peppermint is the best for a sore throat. avoid putting too much sugar in though.



    Also gargle some salt water. It sounds silly but it does work.

    Usually throat drops are suppose to kinda curb the pain for a little bit. Definitely drink more water. Stay away from fried and junk foods. Sometimes when I chew a super minty gum and breathe in cold air it makes my throat feel cooler. Well these are the ways I follow when having a sore throat, hope it helps.
