Hiya, I have always been really bubbly, cheery and loud, but the past few months I have became down and not so happy.

Now, when I have to answer a question, or read a few pages of a study book in school, I find myself stuttering, heart beating and just wanting to sprint out of the classroom.

How can I obtain my confidence back, I cosidered of going to a club but there isn't any in my area that I'm interested in.

I just want my old personality and confidence back!!

Thanks, best answer gets 10 points.

What happened? What happened to make you change? Whatever it is, don't let it sprint or ruin who you are. Don't listen to the negative things people say. You have to be happy and like who you're inside to give yourself that special kind of self confidence. Think of the positive about yourself. Don't dwell on the negative. A club wouldn't be a wonderful place to go to find your confidence. Just be you around people you meet in every day situations.
