Well, asking which is better to take for fun, sounds like someone who is curious about trying opiates. I wouldn't really suggest taking any drugs "for fun", but, in all honesty, I guess it would depend on what you mean by which is better,

If you mean, which is better as in, which will give you the best high, then ms contin would easily, as its pure morphine, just in a time released form. Crushing the pill would break the time release mechanism, giving even more of a high, but with a drug as strong as morphine, it can be dangerous if you arent used to opiates. On the other hand, ms contin could also be the worst one to take as well, as it will be the the bulk addictive, and you wouldn't want to obtain hooked.

If you want to know whats best as in, what would perhaps be the safest, while still giving a high, then perhaps meperidine, thats also an opiate, generally used for moderate pain, under the trade name Demerol. Its weaker than morphine, but is known to cause more feelings of euphoria than synthetic opiates like oxycodone and hydrocodone. Like all other opiates, it can be addictive, but not as bad as morphine.

As for promethazine, that will really do nothing to you. Its an antihistamine thats major effects were in other medications, such as cough syrups that contained codeine or pseudoephedrine.

Ultram is a drug called tramadol, which is a very frail opiate. It perhaps wouldnt give nearly as much of a high and it doesn't have as high a risk of dependance. One benefit to tramadol, is that if you were to obtain it legally, as in a doctor's prescription, its the only opiate thats not a controlled substance, so it doesnt follow the strict rules the DEA places on controlled substances.

As for naproxen, theres really no reason to take NSIADs for fun, as they really don't do anything for you. The only real effects of Aleve are just the pain relief, there arent any "fun" effects related with them.

So, i guess, in summary, which is better would depend on your definition of better. I'm not really saying any of them will be good to do, but, by giving you the information of what to expect from each, you can pretty much decide which would fit your description of better. If, for some reason, you do actually try any of these though, be careful, opiates are CNS depressants, so be careful not to OD and don't mix them with alcohol, weed, or any other CNS depressants.
