It sounds like you may have low thyroid. See your doctor for a simple blood test to observe if it's low. If it is, a simple inexpensive everyday pill will keep your thyroid hormones as the right level. Thyroid hormones are in charge of metabolism and if your levels are off you could feel extremely sluggish, as if you don't want to obtain out of bed. Luckily taking the pill will put you back at a common level and your evergy would return. Good Luck!

P.S. It is extremely average in women, though some men have it too.

ME TOO! well the bulk nights i dont obtain 8 hours of sleep. more like 6 or even 5. which is horrible, i know. but then i take naps almost every day and on the weekends i obtain 8 hours, even up to like 11 or 12! then i think im wonderful but sick even have to take naps then, too!

i once heard that when you lose a few hours for a goodnights sleep, you could never obtain them back. even if you take a nap, it doesnt count. or something-? i dont know. just what ive heard a few times.

but hey, dont worry about it, youll sleep when youre dead right?

I use to be exhausted all the time too. I know how you feel. I use to take caffine, energy drinks, candy bars, mental allertness pills, everything I could find. For short times of time those things would aid but I always crashed later. I had the same type of question and came across someone at work. He told me my body was full of poisons from what I eat, drink and breath. He also told me that the food I was consuming was nutrient defficient and I wasn't giving my body the fundamental nutrition it required to work properly. He told me to do a full body clean up and that it would aid me. I was desperate so I tried it. It worked so well I can't even tell you. I have more energy now than I did when I was 20! My mental focus is better and I sleep better so when I wake up, I feel like getting out of bed. The other side benefit of this full body clean up is that I lost 29 lbs. I feel like a new person! This has changed my life at home and at work. I'm not an specialist in anything. This has been my personal experience. If you want more information feel free to contact me @ Email this person or you can go to www.loseweightfeelgreat.isagenix.com.

    have a nice day.
