    Alcohol dehydrates you. the best technique to avoid a hang over (other than not drinking), in my viewpoint is to eat a salty snack (crisps) and drink a pint of water right before you go to bed. Works for me.

    Alcohol causes dehydration and low vit c level. Drink a good deal of tea with sugar in it and drink some apple juice and/or other fruit juice. Then obtain some fresh air by going for a walk.

    Some beer and alcopops and cheap vodka can cause hangovers. Make certainly you obtain plenty of ice in your drink.

    As prvious replies have stated, alcohol dehydrates you.

    Different beverages have dissimilar "congeners" which add to the colour, taste and smell of the drink. These congeners can have dissimilar effects on dissimilar people.

    The problem with the solutions offered is that if you're together ample to bear in mind to drink water and stuff before you go to sleep, you perhaps haven't taken in all that much alcohol to cause a almighty problem.

    When you're really cut, you just collapse on the bed and pass out. And then it's too late to bear in mind to do the water thing!

    Drink Night shift can be totally fine for the body and mind. It is not prizeful for you if you couldnot adjust to it, and still have the urge to sleep at night. loads of fluids - juice or water type!! You must obtain some carbohydrates down you (which is why a cooked breakfast - grilled so as not to be greasy). If important take some paracetamols. But bear in mind Prevention is better than cure - have more self-control next time lol

    Because you become dehydrated when you drink alcohol and you find that if you have 2 or 3 glasses of water before going to bed, you won't obtain these headaches or a hang-over.

    Alcohole is synthesised in liver and makes it hyperactive during the process; hence the problem.

    There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

    Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;

    Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

    Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

    Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.

    Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and wonderful sleep will aid you.

    But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.

    If it's acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
