I never had this, but you could get a head pain if you try pushing too difficult due to preasure to the head.

My bro gets this. His best mate who nearly trained to be a doctor but ended up on the cheese counter at somerfield reckons it's because he has a vertical bowl. In laymans terms this means that all your poo is stacked up in a vertical coloumn alongside your spine. If it gets too difficult the pointy end can jab you in the brain hence a headache. Makes sense i suppose. hope it helps. if you eat more fiber then the poo is softer and dont jab the brain too hard.

Anyone can obtain IBS. But pretty much your not drinking ample of the right liquids like juice and water. Try consuming fruit and veggies even if you don't want to. You need to obtain that s#@! movin. Headaches are a average symptom together with bloating. It kinda sound like you're constipated. Dry.

Toxins from the poo are absorbed back into the blood stream and cause a headachey feeling.Go when you have to, don't save it for later.

i never need a poo so i dont obtain headaches , i take laxatives which vastly reduces the pressure , either that or place a bag of frozen peas between your crotch for one hour before attempting a bowel movement ,followed by a rousing rendition of rule brittania , that shouled ease the headache , or stop getting drunk with strange men in the park at night

Lots of people seem to obtain headaches when they are constipated, my wife does and I do sometimes, I have known a lot women who obtain this reaction. Might be that the build of poo in your intestines bloats them, promotes against the spine causing a signal up the spinal cord to the brain and triggers a headache in some people.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it. Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see. Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole. Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and wonderful sleep will aid you. But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong. If it's acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
