Completely normal, everyone requirements some time alone every now and then. I deal with it by leaving it until the weekend and doing exactly that. Closing the door, turning the phone off and doing bugger all! Watching DVD's and sleeping are pretty much all I do. There's nothing wrong with it - however if you survive alone I would warn someone that you're going to do it otherwise you can end up with many of worried people!

normal, it's your body telling you that you need to chill because of the stress...just listen to what your body and mind tells you, unless it starts to ask you to listen to devil, etc...etc....

hey don't worry it's common sometimes you just need a rest. It is wonderful for the body when you take time to relax with no interruptions and can think and clear you mind.

Yeah I think everyone obtain like that from time to time. I try and think of the positive things in my life and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. It dosnt do you any harm to have time to yourself though I Think we all need it from time to time.

It is OK to enable yourself to take a break.

It can take many of energy being with people all of the time.

The trick is, not to beat yourself up for doing this.

Try not to put yourself down. Enjoy the peace and quiet if that is what you need. Hopefully this will put some more gas in your tank so you will like facing people again. Best Wishes.
