5 Days ago I was in town in very high heels and got very drunk. I then walked half an hour to a friends car without the shoes on so my feet were numb with cold. I don't bear in mind much more than that.
Anyway, woke up the next day with the second and third toe on both feet numb. Also the base of my toes where pressure is put when in heels was also numb. Since then 3 of them are pretty much ok but a minute patch on my 2nd toe is still numb....does anybody know why or think i should go to the doctor? |

You may have somehow cut off the blood flow to them. That happen to me from bicycling years ago when we used toe clips. My nails ended up falling off permanently.

Maybe observe a doctor, but let me say, it wasn't expelling the shoes. It may have been too much time in high heels, which can cut circulation in the feet, or, like any ill-fitting shoes, apply pressure on a nerve running via your feet. Wear more sensible shoes, and your feet will love you for it, and repay you by lasting your lifetime. Trendy footwear kills feet. Ask any podiatrist.

When I had surgery scar tissue put some pressure on a nerve causing various of my smaller toes to go numb. Eventually I got all the feeling back except for the top of my 4th toe but I don't even notice that anymore. Chances are there is some type of constriction on the nerve. It will just take time for the numbness to go away. If it's still numb it can't hurt to observe a Dr but the tests might be painful.
